At Fabmyntra, we strive to ensure you love your fashion choices, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 15-day return and exchange policy. Please ensure that all items are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Fabmyntra account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Quality Inspection

  Pack the items securely in their original packaging; our courier partner will conduct a brief surface check of the product quality during the pickup.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, a pickup will be scheduled within 24-48 hours from your registered address at no additional cost.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes the final quality check, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or Fabmyntra wallet within 7-10 business days.
